wp-block-paragraph\">Da wir bei diesem herrlichen Wetter gerne drau\u00dfen unsere Kaffeepause machen, habe ich einige Keksrezepte ausprobiert. Diese hier schmecken wie die d\u00e4nischen aus den gro\u00dfen Dosen und sollen eigentlich mit einer Rhabarber- Buttercreme gef\u00fcllt werden. Das ist f\u00fcr die Rhabarberfreunde sehr lecker, aber etwas m\u00e4chtig. Da wir nicht so viele Rhabarberfreunde sind, bleiben sie ungef\u00fcllt. Zwei Bleche mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Mehl, Puddingpulver, Vanillemark und Salz in die Sch\u00fcssel der K\u00fcchenmaschine sieben! Kurz  maschinell vermischen.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Die Butter hinzuf\u00fcgen und bei niedriger Geschwindigkeit weiterlaufen lassen, bis die Konsistenz Semmelbr\u00f6seln \u00e4hnelt. Jetzt noch 30 Sekunden weiter maschinell verarbeiten lassen, dann sind die Zutaten gut verbunden.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Von der Teigmenge kleine Portionen zu  17g bis 20g abzupfen und zu kleinen Kugeln rollen. Mit etwas Abstand aufs Blech setzen und alle Kugeln leicht flachdr\u00fccken und dann mit den Zinken einer Gabel, die vorher in Mehl getaucht wurde, noch etwas mehr flachdr\u00fccken. F\u00fcr rund 20 Minuten in den Backofen stellen! Wer will, kann zur Halbzeit die Bleche tauschen.
