{"id":3899,"date":"2018-03-21T21:13:16","date_gmt":"2018-03-21T20:13:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.huetti.de\/Kerspenhausen\/?p=3899"},"modified":"2026-05-07T20:08:32","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T19:08:32","slug":"immer-noch-eisige-zeiten-und-lust-auf-crepes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.h\u00fctti.de\/Kerspenhausen\/immer-noch-eisige-zeiten-und-lust-auf-crepes\/","title":{"rendered":"Immer noch eisige Zeiten und Lust auf Cr\u00eapes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Da sich sonnige, fr\u00fchlingshafte Tage mit eisiger K\u00e4lte st\u00e4ndig abwechseln, verbringen wir unsere Tage immer noch mit kr\u00e4ftigem Heizen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Spazierg\u00e4nge an kalten Tagen zeigen besondere Natursch\u00f6nheiten wie die langen Eisnasen an B\u00e4chen und Rinnsalen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mittwochs essen wir gerne ein s\u00fc\u00dfes Hauptgericht, oft mit einer kleinen Gem\u00fcsesuppe als Vorspeise. Nachdem wir sehr h\u00e4ufig im vergangenen Jahr Waffeln zubereitet haben, r\u00fcckt jetzt wieder die Lust auf Cr\u00eapes in den Vordergrund.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Zun\u00e4chst Eier und Milch mit der Prise Salz kr\u00e4ftig mit einem Schneebesen verquirlen<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Dann Mehl und Backpulver hinzuf\u00fcgen und zu einem glatten Teig verr\u00fchren<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>mindestens drei Essl\u00f6ffel\u00a0 neutrales Speise\u00f6l unterr\u00fchren und eine halbe Stunde oder l\u00e4nger alles zusammen quellen lassen<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Einen Schluck Sprudel unterr\u00fchren, so dass der Teig mehr vom Schneebesen tropft als dass er rei\u00dft. Inzwischen eine Pfanne ( beschichtet oder Edelstahl funktioniert gleich gut)erhitzen und einen Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l in die Pfanne geben.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>eine kleine Menge Teig in die Pfanne geben, mit dem Cr\u00eapesspachtel flach verteilen und die Hitze stark reduzieren. Sobald die R\u00e4nder fest werden und die Cr\u00eape in der Pfanne am St\u00fcck bewegt werden kann, das Teil wenden und genauso schnell die zweite Seite backen. Mit geringer Hitze und jeweils einem Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l den restlichen Teig verbacken. Die\u00a0 flachen Pfannkuchen zu Vierteln legen und im auf etwa 70\u00b0C vorgeheizten Backofen warmhalten.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Nebenbei rote Gr\u00fctze oder hei\u00dfe Sauerkirschen vorbereiten, Ahornsirup und Zimtzucker, sowie Vanilleeis bereitstellen.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Schmeckt mit nur einem Essl\u00f6ffel Zucker im Teig aber auch sehr gut mit herzhaftem Belag wie K\u00e4se, gebratenen Pilzen, Schinken oder Spinat.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-tiled-gallery aligncenter is-style-rectangular\"><div class=\"\"><div
